We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
Job Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in digital and performance marketing.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram Shop (UK/US), and Amazon Advertising is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta) are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and consistently meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI and conversions.
- Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Develop lead generation and remarketing campaigns.
- Support SEO initiatives and website performance improvements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop digital marketing strategies.
- Manage conversion tracking, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
