Role Summary

BETSS, powered by Sporting Star, is seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support the growth of BETSS and BatSS.com through performance marketing, social media management, AI-powered content creation, and campaign coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage content scheduling, publishing, and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Telegram.
  • Draft captions, campaign copy, and community responses in English and Sinhala.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth).
  • Support campaign activations, sports events, and sponsorships with on-brand social content.
  • Execute and monitor paid social campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Track campaign performance using UTM parameters and attribution frameworks (CPA, CTR, Cost Per Registration, FTDs).
  • Create brand-aligned visual and short-form video content using AI tools.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing, social media, or content role.
  • Proficiency with AI content generation tools (e.g., Google Veo, Seedance 2.0, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Kling).
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or equivalent paid social platforms.
  • Familiarity with UTM tracking, basic attribution, and performance reporting.
  • Strong Sinhala and English copywriting ability.
  • Experience in iGaming, sports, entertainment marketing, or Telegram community management is an added advantage.
