Role Summary

Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC invites applications for the position of Customer Relationship Officer - Digital Products to support the on-boarding and engagement of customers for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound video verification for English-speaking customers during the on-boarding process.
• Engage with customers to provide detailed information about the features and benefits of digital products.
• Generate interest and facilitate customer on-boarding to digital platforms.
• Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs and compliance standards.
• Achieve daily/monthly KPIs for verification volumes and service quality.
• Provide instant support to newly registered customers.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and manage escalations.
• Conduct outbound promotional calls to drive customer acquisition.
• Maintain accurate system records and documentation.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Successfully completed GCE Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of digital payments and wallet systems.
• Proven ability to professionally and efficiently manage and engage with a diverse range of customer profiles.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Ability to communicate in Tamil would be an added advantage.
