Monitor branch performance and achieve digital banking targets.
Train and motivate team members.
Coordinate with branch management and support customer service operations.
Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking, sales, or team supervision.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to travel between branch locations.
Good knowledge of digital banking services and mobile applications.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
