To lead digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing, marketing, sales operations, and support functions, focusing on automation, IoT, data platforms, and innovative digital applications that improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead automation and IoT projects to modernize manufacturing processes.
- Manage data warehousing and analytics platforms for enterprise reporting.
- Oversee development of digital applications and tools for business users.
- Align digital initiatives with organizational strategy and ROI.
- Build and mentor a cross-functional digital team.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in digital technologies, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in automation systems, IoT platforms, and industrial connectivity.
- Strong background in data warehousing, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and analytics tools.
- Experience in manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0 standards.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional digital projects.
- Experience leading digital development teams.
- Leadership, project management, and vendor management skills.
Qualifications and certifications
- BSc in Computer Science, data science, or a similar qualification
- MBA/MSC will be an added qualification
- PMP/ PRINCE2 (Project Management)
