Business Solutions Consultant – Digital Transformation & Automation

Role Summary

Crosspoint helps organizations transform operations through innovative Auto ID, RFID, Enterprise Mobility, Robotics, Machine Vision, and Industrial Digital Transformation solutions. We are seeking an analytical and innovative Business Solutions Consultant to understand customer business processes, identify operational challenges, and design technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet customers to understand business operations, workflows, and operational challenges.
• Analyze customer requirements and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology.
• Design end-to-end business solutions using Auto ID, RFID, Enterprise Mobility, Barcode, Machine Vision, Robotics, AI, and related technologies.
• Conduct business process assessments and recommend solution improvements.
• Prepare solution proposals, technical presentations, and solution architecture documents.
• Deliver customer presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Project teams to develop practical and commercially viable solutions.
• Prepare project scope documents, Bills of Materials (BOM), and solution documentation.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Support customers throughout the solution lifecycle, from initial consultation to implementation.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years' experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, business analysis, systems engineering, or enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate customer requirements into technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prepare professional solution proposals and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of RFID, Barcode, Enterprise Mobility, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Automation, AI, or Industrial Digital Transformation is a distinct advantage.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations and conduct on-site business assessments.
