Role Summary

The Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA) is seeking a Director General (Senior Manager Category - HM 2-1).

Qualifications

External Candidates:

• B.Sc. Degree in Engineering / Architecture / Quantity Surveying recognized by the U.G.C.
• Master's Degree in relevant field OR Corporate Membership of a relevant professional body (IESL / SLIA / IQSSL).
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in major construction activities at a 'Managerial Level', including 05 years at a 'Senior Managerial Level'.

Internal Candidates:

• B.Sc. Degree in Engineering / Architecture / Quantity Surveying with Master's Degree or Corporate Membership.
• Minimum of 07 years of experience as a Director in the senior manager (HM) category.
• Proven ability to lead and direct multi-disciplinary teams.
