Role Summary

A fully owned subsidiary of the Gateway Group, a leading education provider committed to excellence in early childhood education, is seeking a passionate, experienced, and dynamic professional to lead our Early Childhood Education and Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic and administrative leadership for the Early Years Section.
• Supervise, mentor, and support teachers and classroom staff.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum and maintain high educational standards.
• Monitor children's learning, development, and overall well-being.
• Foster strong relationships with parents while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Early Childhood Education, with prior leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• A genuine passion for nurturing young children and leading a high-performing Early Years team.
