Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned, visionary engineering professional to steer project execution strategies, optimize processes, and guide our engineering teams toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Planning: Formulate, develop, and implement comprehensive baseline project plans and schedules.
• Progress Tracking & Monitoring: Establish robust mechanisms to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project milestones against baselines.
• Reporting: Furnish detailed, accurate monthly progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Resource & Recovery Management: Prepare precise procurement plans, labor histograms, and effective catch-up plans to mitigate delays and optimize resource allocation.
• Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and inspire the project team to meet strict deadlines and achieve project targets safely and efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: BSc (Eng) degree from a recognized university.
• Professional Status: Chartered Engineer (Charter) status is mandatory.
• Experience: A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in project planning and monitoring within major engineering or construction projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and analytical reporting.
• Leadership: Exceptional command over team management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving under pressure.
