Draughtsperson - Access Engineering PLC

Access Engineering PLC is seeking a Draughtsperson for the Central Expressway Project III – Phase 2. This is a site-based position.

NCED or equivalent technical qualification.
Proficiency in AutoCAD & Civil 3D with strong experience in preparing road and highway design & drawings.
Minimum 8 years’ work experience, including at least 3 years in highway or roads sector projects.
Team player with positive interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and plans for road and highway construction using AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
Develop and revise cross-sections, longitudinal profiles, alignment drawings, drainage layouts, and structural/detail drawings.
Coordinate with Project Engineers, Surveyors, and Quantity Surveyors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction detail drawings.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and version control for all drawings and technical documents.
Assist in basic quantity calculations and preparation of drawing-related technical submissions.
Review and update drawings based on site instructions, surveys, and actual site conditions.
Support site teams by providing clear drawing interpretations and technical clarifications.
Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on drawing submissions, comments, and approvals.
Manage and supervise team tasks to achieve timely deliverables.
