Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor zipper tape dyeing machines.
• Ensure accurate color matching and shade consistency according to customer specifications.
• Prepare dyes and chemicals as per approved recipes.
• Monitor dyeing parameters and maintain process controls.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve dyeing-related issues.
• Maintain production records and process reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and 5S standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Textile Technology, Dyeing Technology, Chemical Technology, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of dyes, chemicals, and dyeing processes.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
