Role Summary

Browns Hotels & Resorts is the leisure arm of the iconic Browns Group, a Sri Lankan conglomerate with a legacy of over 150 years. We offer immersive travel experiences across Sri Lanka, the Maldives, and Mauritius.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry in the same function is essential.
• Strong knowledge of E-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, SEO/SEM, and online analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to drive online sales performance.
• Willingness to work flexible working hours to support business requirements and achieve assigned revenue budgets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with e-commerce management systems and reporting tools.
