Role Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Online Order Dispatch Coordinator to ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and dispatch daily online orders.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for courier collection.
• Coordinate with courier partners for timely deliveries.
• Verify order accuracy before dispatch.
• Handle exchanges and returns when required.
• Maintain organized inventory for online orders.
• Update order statuses in the system.

Requirements

• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, dispatch, or retail is an advantage (but not essential).
