E-Commerce Specialist

JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST

You will be part of Sri Lanka's largest Audio and Professional cable and related products manufacturers, exporter and online retailer with a globally renowned Sri Lankan brand name, at our state-of-the-art plant & office complex located in the Katunayake Export Processing Zone (KEPZ)

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Previous Experience: In either online or offline; Production Planning / Sales / Marketing / Merchandising / Customer Support / Logistics / Statistics background.
• Age: Between 25 to 40 years.
• Minimum Educational Requirement: Candidates should be G.C.E. A/L passed. Degree holders are also welcome to apply.
• Skills: Attention to detail, willingness to learn and work as part of a team. Excellent Microsoft Office skills & computer literacy. English literacy (you might be required to communicate with customers via email. No phone-communication is required).
• Added Advantage: Experience in online sales platforms like Amazon, eBay, etc. and data processing & ERP systems will be an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Observe sales trends for product ranges and individual products within the Perstaff catalog.
• Guide the manufacturing and assembly teams to meet those sales trends.
• Assist the procurement team by sharing raw material & component requirements.
• Routing and prioritizing company resources & materials to optimize the company's revenues.
• Help customers with their product and warranty related inquiries.
• Work with Amazon.com account managers and seller support agents to resolve account related problems to ensure smooth operation of the online sales channels.
