Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Executive

Develop, implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry best practices.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify environmental hazards, health risks, and safety concerns in the workplace.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of environmental responsibility, health awareness, and safety excellence throughout the organization.
Provide EHS training and education for employees, contractors, and visitors to understand EHS policies, procedures, and regulations.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes, analyze findings, and implement corrective actions.
Monitor air quality, water quality, waste management, and hazardous materials handling to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits.
Maintain records of environmental monitoring data, safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
Liaise with regulatory agencies, community stakeholders, and emergency responders to facilitate emergency response and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits.

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
4 years of experience in EHS roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledgeable of environmental, health and safety standards, and best practices.
Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or similar certification is desirable.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
