Electrical and Mechanical Project Engineer for BMS and ELV Systems

Role Summary

Control Concepts (Pvt) Ltd is a Schneider certified EcoXpert System Integrator specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Systems, and ELV Systems. We are seeking a Project Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical) for BMS / ELV projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management of installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS and ELV systems.
• Support project planning and cost estimation activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure project progress and quality.
• Prepare technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
• Prepare material submittals, technical documentation, and reports.
• Troubleshoot and rectify technical issues on-site.

Requirements

• BSc. Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BMS / ELV / Automation system projects.
• Hands-on experience with field installations, control panels, sensors & actuators.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management tools, AutoCAD, Software programming, SolidWorks, SCADA, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
