Requirements

• Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD electrical and strong understanding of technical drawings.
• Experience with industrial automation systems, design, and fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatic systems controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with maintenance management practices and safety procedures.
• Good knowledge of hydraulic and its applications will be advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% adherence to the preventive maintenance schedule for all machinery and equipment under the annual service plan.
• Lead and complete CAPEX projects within approved timelines and budgets.
• Ensure adequate maintenance spare parts are available while minimizing necessary machine downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machinery reliability, efficiency and service life.
• Monitor PLC-controlled systems to ensure efficient and uninterrupted automation processes.
• Identify and resolve technical issues while assisting with preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate operational and maintenance records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
