DISPATCH OFFICER

We are a leading manufacturing organization in Panadura over 50 years in operation. Due to the rapid expansion of our production capacity, we are on the lookout for an experienced Dispatch Officer.

JOB PROFILE

• To ensure that all orders are dispatched to customers on time and on the assured dates
• To arrange the finished goods in an orderly manner and make ready for dispatch
• To manage the loading team, the vehicles and the drivers to accomplish the tasks with no delay
• To attend to all documentation work in the dispatch section timely and accurately

APPLICANT PROFILE

• Good passes in G C E (A/L) in any stream
• Knowledge of working in Ms Excel
• 1-2 years hands on experience working in a General Store or Dispatch Store in a fairly large manufacturing organization
• Those who live in close proximity to Panadura will be given preference
