Graduate Trainee - Engineering

Role Summary

The Graduate Trainee — Engineering will support the Facility Engineering function through performance analytics, special project coordination, AMC management, and facility-related initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational OHS guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Facility Engineering initiatives across the Plant.
• Manage Special Projects through effective project management.
• Monitor plant practices to support strategic decisions.
• Support maintenance of critical equipment, including HVAC, generators, boilers, and compressors.
• Oversee PPM and AMC to minimize downtime.

Requirements/Qualifications

• BSc in Engineering in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical.
• Good communication skills, analytical skills, and working knowledge of IT systems/Microsoft packages.
• Exposure to HVAC systems, Generator, or any other hands-on experience will be an added benefit.
