Enterprise Mobility and Data Capture Sales Manager

Role Summary

Crosspoint Business Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and expand market presence in Data Capture and Enterprise Mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across enterprise customers.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Work closely with technical and project teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, ICT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in ICT, Enterprise Solutions, AIDC, RFID, Barcode, Networking, Software, or related technology sales.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent planning and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM applications and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
