Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience in clinical practice, training, or mentoring will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare procedures, nursing practices, and patient care standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and support learners effectively.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital learning tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a passion for teaching and developing others.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and academic teams.
• Commitment to maintaining professional standards and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting training programs for healthcare staff and students.
• Support senior tutors in preparing training materials and learning activities.
• Deliver practical and theoretical training sessions under guidance.
• Demonstrate correct clinical procedures and best practices.
• Assess trainees' understanding and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor trainee progress and maintain training records.
• Assist in coordinating workshops, orientations, and skill development programs.
• Encourage a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Ensure training activities align with hospital policies and quality standards.
• Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and improvement areas.
