Executive - Entry Framing
Globactiv Customs Brokerage (Pvt) Ltd., a leader in customer clearance, invites you to become a part of our vibrant team. We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, dynamic and self-motivated individual to fill the role of Executive - Entry Framing in our Entry Framing department.
Requirements :-
- Minimun 01 year of hands-on experience in customs entry processing or a related trade strong familiarity with customs software, particularly ASYCUDA.
- Customs House Agent (CHA) License - considered a valuable asset/special qualificaton.
- Proven ability in preparing and submittling customs entries in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple shipments, and meet strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Submitting imports and exports CUSDEC.
- To complete customs entries in an accurate and timely manner, check all relevant documents and deliver a service.
- To forward the customs release messages to clients and their representatives.
- To build relationships and rapport with new and existing customers and communicate effectively with customs authorities.
- To complete data administration and validation, scan and file supporting.
