Junior Fund-Raising Executive - Telecaller

Role Summary

Candidates will be responsible to plan and carry out tele-calling activities in accordance with agreed targets, whilst developing a strong relationship with potential donors.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Should possess G.C.E Advanced Level Qualification.
• Good communication skills in English, Sinhala, or Tamil, both written and spoken. Tamil-speaking applicants are preferred.
• Self-driven, results-oriented individuals with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in call center/customer care will be an added advantage but not necessary.
• Preference will be given to candidates who live in close proximity to Kesbewa/Piliyandala.
