ERP Project Manager

Role Summary

Xitricon is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead ERP implementation initiatives in Sri Lanka. The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ERP implementation processes from planning through to execution.
• Maintain strict control over project scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Handle stakeholder engagement and mitigate potential project risks.
• Direct cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale ERP implementation projects.
• Significant hands-on experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.
• Strong commercial acumen and risk management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
