Associate - Examination

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in printing, recording, handling, and maintaining examination documents
• Preparation, packing, distribution, and collection of examination documents
• Support examination centers and marking/evaluation activities
• Assist in posting examination applications, admissions, results sheets and checking exam applications
• Maintain examination-related files, records, and circulars
• Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Examinations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level examination
• Ability to handle confidential information with care and responsibility
• Fluency in English, particularly in reading and understanding
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer literacy will be an advantage
• Previous work experience in the educational sector will be an added advantage
• Preferred male candidates
