Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Audit & Assurance, Tax Manager, based in Hokandara-Malabe. The Executive-Audit & Assurance will oversee audit and assurance engagements, prepare and review financial statements, ensure compliance with tax laws, and provide advice on financial operations. Responsibilities also include managing client relationships, interpreting financial data, and leading a team to deliver high-quality services aligned with the firm's standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial information and identify trends and patterns
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey financial insights and collaborate effectively with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Finance-related functions, including taxation and compliance
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Auditing
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Professional accounting qualifications such as CA, ACCA, or CPA are preferred
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and a commitment to continuous professional development

Remuneration Package

Salary Rs.50,000/- to Rs.80,000/- (Based on Qualifications & Experience)
