Business Transformation Executive

Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive the transformation project and achieve its goals and objectives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to move initiatives from idea generation to implementation.
- Analyse data and identify trends, cost saving and business improvement opportunities.
- Ensure the sustainability of initiatives through adherence to the standard operating procedures and the usage of project tools.
- Manage relationships & seamless communication with stakeholders, including senior management.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Degree in Economics, Management, Supply Chain, Finance or CIMA part/ fully qualified or CAPM/ PMP fully qualified.
- An analytical & problem-solving mindset.
- Expertise in Advanced Excel formulas, Power BI and exposure to AI particularly with experience in building agents.
- Strong communication & networking skills.
- High affinity towards enabling change & embracing challenges.
