You should ideally:
- possess a partial qualification, degree, or diploma in a relevant field of study
- possess a professional qualification related to Banking, Marketing, or a relevant field
- have a minimum of 07 years of experience in Banking or a Financial Institution with exposure to merchant partnerships
- possess sound knowledge of credit card portfolio management, product development, campaign management, and revenue analysis
- have strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- possess excellent leadership, communication, analytical, decision-making, and relationship management skills
You will be mainly responsible for:
- developing portfolio growth strategies to drive acquisition, activation, spend, and profitability
- building and managing strategic partnerships to enhance customer value and business growth
- leading customer engagement, loyalty, and portfolio activation initiatives to increase usage and retention
- driving portfolio positioning, value propositions, and market competitiveness through customer-centric strategies
