Requirements

• Male, Age Below 55 years
• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef in a star-class hotel.
• Professional culinary qualification/diploma will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of local, Indian and international cuisine.
• Excellent menu planning, kitchen management and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Ability to control food costs, minimize waste and manage inventory.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all kitchen operations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.
• Develop and update menus according to hotel standards.
• Lead, train and supervise kitchen staff.
• Monitor food costs, inventory and wastage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.

Reservation Officer / Supervisor

Requirements

• Male/Female, below 40 years.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in hotel reservations.
• Experience with hotel reservation systems and OTA platforms such as Booking.com and Expedia.
• Good command of English; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word or Outlook).
• Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservations through phone, email and online booking platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations and modifications.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and Sales & Marketing teams.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates and special requests.
• Make professional relationships with guests, train agents and corporate clients.
• Prepare reports and monitor booking trends.
• Handle last-minute changes and special requests efficiently.
