Role Summary

Sri Lanka's largest integrated logistics solutions provider, Aitken Spence Logistics is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated individual to join the team as an Executive - Container Freight Station (Mabola).

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing quotations, agreements, proposals, billing, and invoices
• Handling client and vendor relationships (SLA negotiations, feedback, etc.)
• Monitoring market trends and competitors to produce commercial performance reports
• Ensuring regulatory, customs, HSS&E, and audit compliance
• Managing administrative and HR-related activities (employee onboarding/offboarding etc.)

Requirements/Qualifications

• GCE A/L qualification and a Diploma/Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management from a recognized institute
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar field
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work extended hours when needed
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in the vicinity of Mabola
• Candidates with AI and digital capabilities will have a competitive edge
