EXECUTIVE- CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries through calls, emails, social media chats and walk-ins.
- Provide information, understand customer needs, and offer suitable solutions.
- Build positive customer relationships and represent the brand professionally.
- Update CRM records, follow up on inquiries, and achieve service targets.
- Handle customer feedback and prepare basic reports.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Education, Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Basic MS Office and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good team player with a professional attitude.
