We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to oversee dyeing and washing operations, ensuring production targets are met and customer specifications are achieved. This role involves resolving dyeing-related issues, managing color rejections, and making decisions on redyeing and rewashing through visual inspections and testing. You will prioritize urgent batches based on customer needs and deadlines, train team members for consistent color matching, and address technical challenges related to new orders. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to liaise with external suppliers are essential for success in this role.

Requirements/Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a Degree or a Diploma in Engineering and bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in dyeing and finishing within the apparel industry.
