EXECUTIVE – FINANCE (FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING)
Company: Inqube Global (Private) Ltd
Location: Based at Ranala
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely financial accounting records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, and account adjustments.
- Prepare and review monthly financial accounts and management reports.
- Perform monthly bank, supplier, customer, intercompany, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly supported with relevant documentation and approvals.
- Support the preparation of profit & loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
- Review accounting entries and identify discrepancies, unusual transactions, and accounting errors.
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain required financial information and resolve accounting-related issues.
- Support the preparation of audit schedules and provide required information and documents to internal and external auditors.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of financial information.
- Perform any other finance related duties assigned by the management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Part qualification in CA / CIMA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, preferably in a manufacturing/apparel environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems such as SAP would be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
