Executive - Logistics & International Sourcing-Matale (FMCG)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare export documents, including invoices, packing lists, BLS and COOS.
- Support shipment preparation activities, including labelling, packing and container stuffing.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop international supplier relationships and coordinate samples and documentation.
- Evaluate quotations and specifications and recommend suppliers to senior management.
- Maintain an updated supplier database to support efficient sourcing.
- Calculate landed costs for samples and commercial products.
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant diploma, degree or professional qualification in logistics, supply chain or procurement.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English for business communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Living near or willing to relocate to Palapathsawala, Matale.
