Executive - Personal Assistant cum Business Analyst

Role Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the director's calendar, appointments, meetings and daily commitments, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated.
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling, preparation of agendas and supporting documents, and ensuring all required arrangements are in place.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, dashboards and business updates and assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, feasibility analyses and client-related materials.
- Collect, analyze and interpret business data to identify trends, performance gaps, risks and opportunities.
- Support the preparation of business plans, budgets, forecasts and performance reports.
- Conduct market, industry and competitor research to identify potential business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Support the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities, customers, markets and partnerships.
- Maintain tracking of potential leads, opportunities and business development activities, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders in relation to business development initiatives and prospective opportunities.
- Support management in evaluating potential opportunities through financial, operational and market analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to support business and strategic decisions.
- Assist in tracking strategic projects and initiatives, highlighting progress, delays and areas requiring management attention.
- Conduct research and provide relevant information to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports and presentations on behalf of the senior executive.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Professional qualification in Business Management or Degree from a recognized university or institution.
- Minimum 03 years work experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills whilst able to work under pressure.
- Should possess good IT skills and ability to work on MS office packages.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
