Role Summary

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless production of moulded cups meet daily targets, quality standards, and on-time delivery expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee resource allocation within production modules.
- Ensure operator availability.
- Guide team leaders on daily targets.
- Address shortfalls in real time.
- Monitor hourly outputs and shipment requirements.
- Drive corrective actions to align production with delivery schedules.
- Conduct pre-production pilot appraisals to enable smooth transitions to bulk production.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams like planning and cut work to address urgent component needs.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Degree qualification in Textile or Production Engineering.
- Two years of work experience.
