Role Summary

The objective of the role is to drive the HR data and analytics function by enabling data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the role will support workforce planning and the reward function.

What you do

  • Collect, compile, validate, and maintain HR data and metrics from HRIS and other relevant systems to support accurate reporting and decision-making.
  • Create and maintain monthly HR dashboards, scorecards, and management reports covering workforce, rewards and other HR metrics.
  • Analyze HR, rewards and workforce data to identify trends, patterns, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in Rewards, HR analytics, and process improvement projects, including automation and reporting enhancements.
  • Coordinate employee surveys and HR feedback mechanisms, including survey administration, data analysis, and presentation of insights.
  • Support HR governance, data privacy, and compliance activities by maintaining documentation, audit trails, process controls, and escalating risks where required.
  • Support workforce planning activities by monitoring headcount, workforce movements, organizational changes, and related reporting requirements.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Professional qualification Finance, Data Analytics, Power BI, Advanced Excel be an added advantage.
  • Exposure to HR reporting, dashboard preparation, HR data management, Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
