Manager - External Manufacturing Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities and project implementation at EMO sites.
• Drive productivity, cost-saving, and technical development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and human rights standards.
• Manage and deliver infrastructure and technical projects on time and within budget.
• Prepare sites for HRRB audits and address audit findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project approvals and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in technical/project management within FMCG.
• Experience with HRRB compliance and remote site management.
• Expertise in project management, value engineering, and productivity improvement.
• Commercial awareness in budgeting and project estimation.
