Requirements

• Experience in electrical, plumbing, building maintenance or a related maintenance field is mandatory.
• Ability to perform groundwork when required, including electrical, plumbing and building maintenance work while effectively supervising and coordinating.
• Ensure breakdowns and maintenance issues are resolved promptly to avoid interruptions to business operations.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple maintenance tasks and emergencies.
• Supervise while ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely.
