Maintenance Supervisor

Role Summary

We are a leading BOI-approved fish processing and exporting company, operating in accordance with BRCGS and ISO 22000 Quality Standards. We are looking for a Skilled and Experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise all maintenance activities of machinery, cold rooms/refer containers, Ice machines and factory equipment.
• Ensure smooth operation of production lines with minimum downtime.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintain proper records of all repairs & services.
• Manage utility systems including generators, compressors, solar power system and water and wastewater management systems.
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team while ensuring workplace safety and compliance with food safety standards.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Age between 35-55 years.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management (preferably in the food manufacturing industry).
• Diploma or NVQ level 4 or above in Mechanical/Electrical/Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, refrigeration systems, and factory utilities.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Should be able to write and read English.
