Maintenance Technician - Bingxue Sri Lanka

Role Summary

BINGXUE Sri Lanka is seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance of our outlets and ensure the smooth operation of our equipment, machinery, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and repair work related to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and rectify equipment, machinery, and facility issues promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the efficient and safe operation of equipment and facilities.
• Attend maintenance requests from outlets in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers when required.
• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with the Company’s safety standards and procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Gender/Age: Male, below 40 years of age.
• Education: Successfully completed a technical course in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Maintenance, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Licensing: Possession of a valid riding licence and willingness to travel between company outlets.
• Flexibility: Ability to attend emergency maintenance work outside normal working hours, when required.
• Skills: Hard-working, trustworthy, committed, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. English proficiency is an added advantage.
