Facilities Maintenance Specialist
Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of all equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair all equipment and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure equipment is safe, clean and in good working condition.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- A/C Service and Repair
- Ovens
- Henny Penny Equipment
- Gas Cookers
- Chillers / Freezers
- Hot Water Geysers
- Electrical Works
Requirements
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of equipment.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Relevant technical certification will be an advantage.
- NVQ Level 3 or German Technical Qualification in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics or equivalent is preferred.
