Role Summary

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our condominium apartment.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance field (Condominium/Building maintenance preferred).
Knowledge and hands-on experience in multiple maintenance areas.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Trustworthy, responsible and service oriented.
Relevant technical certification will be an added advantage.

Electrical: Wiring, lighting, switch boards, fault finding, troubleshooting, basic electrical repairs.
Plumbing: Pipes, fittings, leaks, water pumps, sanitation, water systems maintenance.
Painting: Wall painting, touch-ups, waterproof painting, maintenance painting.
Masonry: Tiling, cement work, plastering, crack repairs, grouting, structural maintenance.
Cement Work: Patching, concrete repairs, floor leveling, drainage repairs, waterproofing.
General Maintenance: Doors, locks, windows, fixtures, sanitary fittings, equipment maintenance & upkeep.
