Maintenance Engineer

Role Summary
Regal Image International is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and result-oriented Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The role focuses on factory maintenance, including electrical, electronic, and mechatronic systems, as well as repairing automated screen and embroidery machines, generators, air compressors, and AC systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Engineering Department.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
- Ensure maximum machine availability with minimum downtime.
- Manage factory utilities including electrical systems, air compressors, boilers, chillers, HVAC, generators, water systems, and compressed air systems.
- Plan and execute engineering projects, machine installations, factory modifications, and layout improvements.
- Prepare maintenance budgets and control departmental costs.
- Lead CAPEX projects and coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and customer audit standards.
- Maintain engineering documentation, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory.
- Lead, train, and develop the engineering team while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Education: B. Eng. (Hons) Degree/ NDT/HNDE or a similar higher diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in factory maintenance.
- Preferred: Knowledge of compliance law, energy saving, and hands-on experience with Higg FEM (Facility Environmental Module).
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to work independently under pressure, good communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to use AutoCAD.
