Factory Operations Supervisor - Permanent or Contract
Role Summary
Kalubowitiyana Tea Factory Ltd is seeking qualified Sri Lankan citizens for the position of Assistant Manager / Manager (Factory) on a permanent or contract basis.
Requirements/Qualifications
- External Candidates: Degree in Agriculture or Plantation Management recognized by the University Grants Commission, plus at least 1 year of experience in the production sector.
- Internal Candidates: Must have completed at least 5 years of satisfactory service in the JM 1-1 grade at Kalubowitiyana Tea Factory Ltd.
- Age Limit: Between 22 and 45 years (no upper age limit for internal candidates).
- General: Must be a Sri Lankan citizen, physically and mentally fit, and willing to serve in any region.
Salary/Benefits
Salary Scale: MM 1-1-2025: Rs. 91,690 - 10 x 2,480 - 15 x 3,450 - 168,240/- plus a Cost of Living Allowance of Rs. 17,800/-.
