Role Summary

The Coordinator – Family Strengthening reports to the Project Head and is responsible for coordinating community development programmes implemented by the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with government and non-governmental organizations.
• Manage and implement programmes.
• Conduct field visits.
• Perform periodic programme reviews.
• Handle progress reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work, Community Development, Project Management, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in programme management, administration, or equivalent.
• Sound communication skills in English and the local language.
• Ability to write reports and work in a Results Based Management environment.
• High degree of IT literacy, including database management.
• Willingness to travel.
• Male applicants are preferred.
• Strong passion to work with children and no child safeguarding risks.
