Production Executive - Feedmill Operations
Join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality feed through efficient, safe, and compliant feedmill operations.
Location: Buttala Factory
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily feedmill operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Monitor and control raw material intake, batching, mixing, pelleting, and packing processes.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards and minimizing wastage.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and biosecurity standards.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in feedmill operations or a similar role. Fresh graduates with strong interest may also apply.
- Good understanding of feed manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting.
