Showroom Sales Executive (Female) - Comfort Outlet
Comfort Outlet is looking for a Showroom Sales Executive to join our team at our Colombo 3 showroom. This is a customer-facing role for someone who enjoys engaging with people, understands their needs, and can confidently turn conversations into sales.
What you'll do:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right products
- Explain our products clearly and confidently
- Drive sales and work towards achieving sales targets
- Create a warm, positive customer experience from entry to purchase
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on our range
- Keep the showroom presentable and ensure products are well displayed
What we're looking for:
- Female candidate, based in or near Colombo
- Confident, well-spoken and comfortable speaking with customers
- Friendly, approachable and sales-oriented
- Presentable and professional
- Good listening and communication skills
- Motivated to achieve sales targets
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred, but not mandatory
