Role Summary

Starch Fruits & Beverages is looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join the team as an Agriculture Field Officer. Candidates residing in or near the Moneragala district are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to farmer fields to monitor crop quality and growth.
• Negotiate procurement prices with farmers while ensuring compliance with company quality standards.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with the farming community.
• Provide technical guidance to farmers to ensure sustainable and quality agricultural practices.
• Submit regular reports on procurement, crop status, and market trends.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Agriculture or a higher qualification.
• Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Requirements: Must possess a valid driving license and a motorbike for travel.
• Location: Ability to work in and around the Moneragala district is mandatory.
