Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor plantation activities to ensure optimal crop production and field performance.
• Provide technical guidance and practical recommendations on crop management and agronomic practices.
• Implement sustainable agricultural practices while maintaining quality control standards.
• Collaborate with field teams to enhance productivity and resolve operational and agronomic issues.
• Efficiently supervise and manage the farm workforce.
• Maintain accurate farm records and prepare timely reports on field activities and performance.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Agricultural Diploma or NVQ qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in plantation management or a related agricultural field.
• Strong knowledge of crop production techniques and agronomy principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to be based at Kanthale, Sooriyapura.
